1. Information we collect
Listing submission में business name, category, address, contact details, description और optional website information ली जा सकती है। Contact form में दिए गए name, phone, email और message को support purpose के लिए store किया जाता है।
2. How information is used
Public listing information local discovery में दिखाई जा सकती है। Contact details verification, enquiry handling, correction और platform safety के लिए इस्तेमाल हो सकती हैं।
3. Analytics and lead events
Near Local Call, WhatsApp, Directions, Enquiry और Share जैसे actions की non-sensitive event information record कर सकता है ताकि listing performance और product quality समझी जा सके।
4. Verification and public data
Verified badge manual review के बाद दिया जाता है। Public profile submit करने से पहले listing owner को ensure करना चाहिए कि जानकारी सही और share करने योग्य है।
5. Data retention and rights
आप correction, update या removal request Contact page से भेज सकते हैं। Reasonable operational, security और legal needs के अनुसार data retain किया जा सकता है।
6. Security
Protected management routes authentication और role-based access का उपयोग करते हैं। फिर भी कोई online system absolute security guarantee नहीं दे सकता।
7. Contact
Privacy request के लिए Contact page के “Correction / report” option का उपयोग करें।
